We had a wonderful team that contributed to this remarkable verdict.  Great experts from Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas, and Nevada who collaborated to bring the best scientific and demonstrative evidence to the case;  2 law firms that worked on the case persistently for over 6 years in the face of a defendant who did not take the case seriously, 2 summary judgment motions and initially negative focus groups.   We ran 8 focus groups, and worked through difficulties in the case that were more about perception than reality.  As a trial lawyer, the importance of focus groups coupled with old time preparation really became apparent.
